Update on Models

We are currently in our latest Design Phase of our project.

We had to consider different conditions across the United States, along with altitude differences, and the many types of fuels that are manufactured at different times of the year.

All these, along with making the units smaller, a LCD controller that can be set to each drivers driving patterns has been added to the design to allow for fine tuning each vehicle for optimum gas mileage.

These units will be able to be installed on diesel and larger gasoline operated vehicles.  With the new controls, this will now be possible.

The testing results on a 400 - 4 barrel and a 350 - 2 barrel resulted in 40-45 mpg. Although these were impressive results, your mileage will vary dependent on a number of other factors, including your personal driving habits.

When the automotive industry went to fuel injection, they incorporated 2 hoses, one that delivers fuel, while the other bleeds off fuel (circulates with colder fuel) to prevent vapor locks. Because of this direction, they want to control fuel consumption via their on board computer system. The upside to this technology is that the computer senses volume, which adjusts proper flow based on volume.

If the engine has a battery and charging system, unit can be attached.

We are very excited about these new developments.

With programmable controllers, we now have available our Economizer Unit.

Fully Machined Unit

Fuel Injection
4 inches long with a 2 inch diameter

Packaged Unit - Special Casting

For Carburetor and/or Fuel Injection
4 inches in length, with width of  3 inches on this casting.

Economizer Unit TM was derived from out Single Module System TM

Both units pack as much capability as the  Double and Triple Module Systems. Major difference is a 10 minute delay, which means Unit reaches operating range within 10 minutes from start up of vehicle, which is programmable like your furnace system at home.  Different driving habits, temperature and elevation effect your desired settings.

See information on models available at this link.

Two control styles available. Standard is wired, which will need to be installed from inside of engine area to mounting inside your vehicle.  The other style, is our wireless model.  It uses the same technology as your cordless phone. No wiring needed from engine to inside mounting. You can actually take with you.

Presently the 2 models, either for fuel injection or carburetor versions, range from Standard Control for $214 and $289 for the Wireless Remote Control Version.

Allow about 2 weeks from date of order.  Registration data is required to finish unit and customize to your installation.

You can save time for installation on Fuel Injection Vehicles, by ordering an Inlet Hose to your Fuel Injection System from your local Car Dealership or local auto parts place and ship with payment to our facility to modify unit for easy installation.
