| At this time there are (4) four models to choose from. Originally
testing done with our Single Module with significant results..
Double Module System™ and our Triple Module System™.
- Double Module System™ by ATL Engineering Services
- Standard Control System
- Advanced Control System
- Triple Module System™ by ATL Engineering Services
- Standard Control System
- Advanced Control System
The Triple Module System™ by ATL Engineering Services was designed
specifically to address issues with vehicles that only rated at 9 mpg and
upwards to 19 mpg.
The Double Module System™ by ATL Engineering Services was designed
for vehicles that averaged gas mileage ranging from 20-30 mpg. While
the single worked well at 30 mpg and higher, we are able to lower our
monthly operating costs, by reducing our inventory and providing (4)
exceptional models to choose from.
The major differences between the Module Systems is in the Controller
used. The Advanced Control Systems tune in the Modules quicker, adding
higher gas mileage at a faster rate compared to the Standard Control
Systems.
The mechanics of all of these systems is identical, except in the type of
Control System that is incorporated into Double Module System™ or Triple
Module System™.
Because of the Proprietary System, we are only showing construction phase
photos of the Double Module Systems™ and Triple Module Systems™.
Double Module System™ size is about 2.5" by 4.0" by 8" in height.
Triple Module System™ size is about 2.5" by 6.0" by 8" in height.

We are very excited about these new developments.
With programmable controllers, we now have available our Economizer Unit.
Fully Machined Unit

Fuel Injection
4 inches long with a 2 inch diameter
Packaged Unit - Special Casting

For Carburetor and/or Fuel Injection
4 inches in length, with width of 3 inches on this casting.
Economizer Unit TM
was derived from out Single Module System
TM
This unit is only 4 inches long with a 2 inch diameter and packs as much
capability as the Double and Triple Module Systems above. Major
difference is a 10 minute delay, which means Unit reaches operating range
within 10 minutes from start up of vehicle, which is programmable like your
furnace system at home. Different driving habits, temperature and
elevation effect your desired settings.

PID microprocessor-based controller incorporates
a bright, easy to read 4-digit LED display. The front LED display indicates
the process value or set point value. Smarter Logic technology enables our
process to reach a predetermined set point in the shortest possible time,
with minimum overshoot during power-up or external load disturbance. The
Controller Unit is a 1/32 DIN size panel mount controller. These units are
powered by an 11-26 or 90-250 VDC/VAC supply, incorporating a 2 amp control
output relay as standard. The second output is used as an alarm. There are
six independent programmable alarm modes plus a dwell timer that can be
configured for the second output. The units are fully programmable. The
input signal is digitized by using a 18-bit A to D converter. A fast
sampling rate allows the Controller Unit to control fast processes. By
using proprietary Fuzzy modified PID technology (Smarter Logic), the control
loop will minimize overshoot and undershoot in the shortest time possible.
Fuzzy
Control Advantage - High Accuracy.
The Controller Unit is manufactured with custom designed ASIC(Application
Specific Integrated Circuit) technology which contains an 18-bit A to D
converter for high resolution measurement (true 0.1 °F resolution for
thermocouple and standard RTD’s) and a 15-bit D to A converter for linear
current or voltage control output. The ASIC technology provides improved
operating performance, low cost, enhanced reliability, and higher density
internal storage
Units also
come with redundant safety devices.
Presently the 2 models, either for fuel injection or carburetor versions.
Present units start at about $395, depending on your engine requirements.
Allow about 2 weeks from date of order. Registration data is
required to finish unit and customize to your installation. We must
order your final components from dealer to assemble final components for
ease of installation by yourself or by local dealer.
Our goal will be to automate production, while maintaining quality, to
reduce costs and pass on to our Valuable Customers.
